2011 - Despite the current economic uncertainty, Online Land Sales is continuing to offer discount land deals and low down payment financing. The Company has adjusted, and scaled, in order to continue to offer the same types of discount land deals as it always has. The $1 No Reserve Land Auction Category has returned, as well.

2010 - Online Land Sales continued to offer the lowest cash prices, and best terms deals available for the discount land that it sold. Landbidz.com Auction Community became available for Mobile Phone Visitors: Mobile.

2009 - Credit crunch or not, Online Land Sales continued to offer $1 down financing. The company took advantage of the opportunities present in that changing economic climate. The company enhanced the FIXED PRICE BUY NOW opportunities so that customers need not log in to purchase a lot and have the deed delivered. The company also started Land Auction TV, a Land Auction Video Channnel.

2008 - Online Land Sales LLC continued to offer the best discount land buying opportunities on the internet. Landbidz.com continued to be the premier land only auction website on the internet.

2007 - 60 new websites went online. The company expanded holdings of websites to reach niche markets, and better realize the original mission of "providing discount land opportunities to the general public via a combination of online land auctions and direct sales campaigns".

2006 - Landbidz.com membership grew to over 10,000 members. The company invited several of the internet's largest and most trusted land sellers to sell alongside Online Land Sales LLC, at Landbidz.com. The land sellers accepted and are presently selling on Landbidz.com.

2005 - The 3rd website: Landbidz.com. The Online Land Auction Community was created using thousands of customers and contacts that Online Land Sales had generated. Online Land Sales LLC began offering low down payment, zero qualifying, seller financing, on many properties.

2004 - The 2nd website: Onlinelandsales.com. Personal account managers were hired to better service clients. The company moved to Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Satellite offices were opened in various locations around USA, and were staffed by personnel who were trained at the main office in Nevada.

2003 - The first website:Myland4sale.com. Online Land Sales was founded. The company sold discount land for incredible cash prices and immediately generated satisfied repeat customers. The company was founded in San Jose, CA. A CPA working in auditing for 13 years, the founder also owned tax related websites, studied and invested in real estate, and developed a multi-state tax research software that he marketed in conjunction with his websites, using the newest internet marketing tools available at the time.
